1. What is the cancellation policy for passes, point-to-point tickets, overnight trains, and specialty trains?
Refunds, when applicable, are limited to totally unused, unvalidated passes, point-to-point tickets and inclusive packages. A minimum 15% cancellation charge applies.
For sleepers where a space has not been cancelled and the ticket not endorsed by a railway official more than 24 hours before the train’s departure, a 50% charge will apply. Otherwise, sleepers are refundable by 85%.
To receive your refund, documents must be returned to your travel agency within 6 months of the issue date.
2. What is the cancellation policy for Eurostar, Thalys and other Premier Trains?
These tickets are subject to specific after sales conditions and vary according to the type of ticket purchased. Refunds, when applicable, range from 0 to 100%.
To receive your refund, Premier Train tickets must be received by the travel agency within the time frame allowed by the refund policy associated with the particular ticket. Time frames range from between 3 days prior to the train’s departure date to a maximum of two months after the train’s departure date.
3. Do you offer discounts to students with an international student identification card?
No, but we do offer Youthpasses. To qualify for a Youthpass, you must be under 26 years of age upon the first day of travel.

6. What are the differences between Full Fare, Leisure Fare, Youth Fare, Passholder Fare and Senior Fare on Eurostar?
Full Fare is an unrestricted ticket. It is fully exchangeable and refundable even after the departure date. For exchanges and refunds, the ticket must be received by the travel agency no later than 60 days after the train’s departure date.
Leisure Fare is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Leisure Flexi Fares only are exchangeable once before the train’s departure and 25% refundable if the ticket is received by the travel agency no later than 3 days prior to the train’s departure date. No refund after this date.
Youth Fare (for travelers under 26 years of age) is exchangeable once before the train’s departure and non-refundable after this date.
Passholder Fare (issued in conjunction with the appropriate railpass) is exchangeable once before the train’s departure and non-refundable after this date.
Senior Fare (for travelers 60 years of age and over) is exchangeable once before the train’s departure and non-refundable after this date.
There is no charge for a sleeper reservation for a child between 4 and 9 years when the child is sharing a berth with a parent, but the child requires a train ticket.
The charge for reserving a separate berth for a child age 11 or under is half-fare for the train ticket, in addition to a sleeper reservation supplement.
9. What is the refund policy for point-to-point tickets?
Unused point-to-point tickets are refundable, minus a 15% cancellation fee if returned to the travel agency before the first date of validity printed on the ticket itself. Tickets returned after the first date of validity can only be refunded if they have been endorsed as "Not Used" by a Railways Official at the station of departure. The complete refund policy is written on the ticket jacket for the benefit of the client.
